The Treasury Operations Analyst is responsible for the daily Treasury Operations activities of the China Marketing office. This includes trade validation, confirmation and settlement process of the financial trades executed by the China traders. This role will manage the daily margining process to ensure margin accounts is funded timely. Analyst will be involved in bringing about process improvement and participate in new projects.

• Perform validation and confirmation processes for China financial trades accurately and timely manner. Investigates and resolve trade discrepancies timely and issuance of trade confirmation to relevant counterparties.
• Document workflow instructions detailing operating procedures. Maintaining the relevant standard operating procedure up to date.
• Margin administration for trading position with Chinese brokers. Ensure accuracy of margin calculation by the brokers and ensure prompt payment and refund.
• Perform settlement processes for China financial trades. Issuance of settlement advices to relevant counterparties.
• Perform invoicing of related settlement in trading system on timely manner. Ensure adequate funding for financial trade settlement. Monitor and ensure settlement is processed.
• Provide the audit documentations promptly. Liaise and work closely with auditors to walk-through work process and ability to discuss and close up any audit gaps.

• Good understanding of trading environment and strong in Operations controls.
• Meticulous and detailed oriented. Accountability and able to follow through process end to end independently.
• Strong analytical skill and capable of investigate the root cause of trade discrepancies
• Results oriented, capable of holding self and others to account on delivery.
• Constructively engage stakeholders to a common cause through developing mutually beneficial solutions and proposals.
• Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively based on the time and risk criticality of the tasks
