For the Abbott Molecular Division we are looking for an
Analyst (m/f/d) - Service Data Modeling and Analytics
based in Wiesbaden
Main Responsibilities:
- Acts as subject matter expert for data visualization in DOMO and in collaboration with our global organization in Des Plains to share detailed knowledge and insights with peers.
- Drives detailed EMEA Service analysis, processes, rules, tools and information flow.
- Uses strong written and oral communication skills to provide clear and concise information and insights to internal commercial teams and upper management.
- Generates/disseminates reports for team and management for planning and review include customer and instrument analysis, spare parts management and service pricing.
- Provides prompt and complete resolution to business and support issues.
- Acts as a consultant and leverages competitive industry/technology information and recommends improvements that drive value and service effectiveness. Translates best practices into detailed process and tool requirements and deploy across service teams.
- Acts as liaison to training to provide subject matter expertise for training material development.
- Develops project plans aligned to project management standards and executes projects.
- Responsible for risk identification, resolution, and escalation to meet customer needs and work through challenges to a successful outcome.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master's Degree with a preferred focus in Business Operations or Data Analytics/Science.
- Diagnostics service, service operations, or business excellence experience.
- 3+ years’ experience leading initiatives across multiple functional areas (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Service, etc.) is preferred.
- Strong understanding of IT business systems and statistic tools is required
- Good analytical, strategic planning and execution skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English & German).
- Extensive computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Excel, SharePoint, Access, Visio, Project, and PowerPoint).
