• Oversee and lead analytical activities to fully support new product development projects including analytical method development & validation, stability study, technical report & documentation preparation in support of regulatory filings, analytical troubleshooting, etc.
• Work in compliance with cGMP/cGLP regulations. Ensure all work within project group is in accordance with cGMP, SOP, FDA, CFDA regulations, ICH guidelines, internal standards and safety procedures.
• Response for new technology evaluation and introduction, building-up analytical capability to support business growth and achieve business deliverables in an innovative way.
• In partner with regional/local strategic marketing to develop marketing strategy and product portfolio to meet business growth needs.
• Represent R&D to participate regional technical forum which govern the gate exit of new product development life cycle.
• Resources and budget management to ensure efficiency of manpower and cost that enforce the on-time delivery of projects
• Lead New product Development and Innovation projects across the sector

1. Ph.D. in analytical chemistry or organic chemistry with a minimum of 8 years' experience in agrochemical/pharmaceuticals or fine chemicals industries. An advanced degree in chemistry [Ph.D.] is highly preferred.

2. Demonstrated leadership skills with supervisory/managerial experience [5+ years] in leading and managing technical personnel.

3. Solid knowledge and hands-on experience of spectroscopy and chromatography laboratory equipment with validations, calibrations, maintenance and etc. Familiar with analytical method development and validation.

4. Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills are essential. Experience in multinational companies with GLP or GMP or ISO9001 quality system is highly preferred.

5. Proficiency in English and good PC skills.
