ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

Specialist in surface science technique

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Conduct surface analysis with XPS, XRF and other related techniques, and deliver analytical report timely and effectively

Provide analytical data, solutions and suggestions to support new product development, manufacturing problem solving and customer service. Assist in product development or customer service efforts with creative analytical techniques and analysis. 

Coordinate maintenance of the instruments, document SOP and test methods, meet lab safety requirements.

Provide training to new chemists and technicians in analytical methods and ensure quality of analytical data. Provide training to division technical staffs about analytical techniques

Master in physics or material science.

Knowledge and experience in XPS analysis is required

Extensive knowledge of surface science, and experience in the coating industry, polymeric material or related products are preferred.

Proactive problem solver motivated by quality, productivity and speed, with strong analytical skills,

Good understanding of environmental, health and safety ethics. 

Fluent verbal and written skills in English

Good communication, interpersonal skills and team worker.
