To lead and be a driving force in galvanising change in AIA to a more data-driven and analytical way of working across both group functions and all 18 markets. To inspire support and advance decision-making using data across AIA group entities in order to create greater business value from data for all stakeholders of AIA as part of AIA’s Technology, Data and Analytics (TDA) and Ascend 200 Strategy. To evolve a culture of innovation using analytics.The individual will be based in HK with a Groupwide scope and will be responsible for the following activities:
Inspire entities across AIA group with a compelling data analytics value proposition, incorporating examples of success stories of added business value through the use of data and analytics. Examples will be drawn both from within AIA as from other sources. Communicate to stakeholders outside AIA about the changes that are made using data and analytics. Reinforce a positive image for AIA as an attractive party for potential employees, business partners and other stakeholders in the markets through a powerful data analytics value proposition.
Coach leaders across Group functions and BUs in leading through the usage of data and analytics, thereby increasing analytics literacy across the organization
Sharing of best practices across Group functions and BUs, as well as global platforms, on the creative use of data and analytics. Initiate and support education about data and analytics usage both within AIA Group and outside.
