What You Will Do This summer you will get the opportunity to take the knowledge you have learned regarding statistics, computer science and business, and apply that knowledge to solve real-world business problems in the context of a global technology company.  More specifically: • You will communicate with stakeholders to understand business needs and opportunities to use analytics to drive value • You will create and evolve analytic reports for trends and insights that impact our business • You will work with our team to build reactive, predictive and/or prescriptive analytics solutions • You will liaise with other internal analytics teams to collaborate in bringing additional business value using analytics • You will implement, review and analyze algorithms that will substantially impact business • You will assist in the development of the skill set of the team to evolve from “statistical service providers” to “key decision makers” alongside the business teams You will be successful in this position if you have familiarity with python, R, and/or SQL.  Experiences with machine learning and Python data science tools, i.e. pandas, scikit-learn, are preferred. In addition, good communication and collaboration skills are a plus as you will work with our analytics team and our business stakeholders to clarify requirements, formulate solutions, and communicate results to both technical and non- technical audiences. #### Position Requirements: Basic Qualifications: -Undergraduate student with senior standing -Major in analytics or related fields -GPA 3.0 and above Preferred Qualifications: -Previous internship experience in the tech industry is a plus -Familiarity with python, R, and/or SQL -Experience with machine learning and Python data science tools, i.e. pandas, scikit-learn, is a plus Aren’t ready to apply or have additional questions?
