Job Description
Multi-Channel Engagement & Analytics intern
- Monitor all the SL eP2P pilot meetings;
- Collect data collection and communicate closely with MOE and IT team;
- Analyze data and draft report based on the findings;
- Answer hotline phone calls from sales reps, provide instructions on how to use the meeting system and other related questions;
- Other administrative work for SL eP2P pilot.
基本资格要求
Requirements:
- Undergraduate student, junior or senior year preferred;
- Science major, healthcare related major is a plus;
- Can work at least 4 days a week, from 9am-6pm;
- Good spoken and written English, great time managing skills, communication skills, and multi-tasking skills;
