YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary responsibilities of this role, Analytics Scientist, are to: 

• Design, conduct and interpret GLP-compliant analytics experiments for biotech safety assessment, and generating data for dossier preparation;
• Develop, validate and implement protein quantification (including multiplexing) assays for plant protein quantification;
• Characterize, rank and implement monoclonal antibodies for downstream applications;
• Troubleshoot with critical thinking and provide scientific support to align with business needs;
• Identify, evaluate and implement new technologies and system improvements to support next generation products;
• Prepare data documentation, study report and records and ensure QMS, GLP and GRR compliance;
• Prepare or contribute to the communication of important results/findings to key stakeholders both internally and externally;
• Play a key role in digital transformation and actively make contributions to the improvement of data generation efficiently in the team.

Required Qualifications:

• Ph.D. with at least three years of biochemistry experience OR M.S. with at least five years relevant experience OR B.S. with at least seven years of relevant experience in Biochemistry, Analytics Chemistry, Immunology or a related field;
• Demonstration of a sustained high level of technical skill and achievement;
• Be able to keep abreast of new science and technological developments and exploit them to continuously improve functional area capabilities;
• Be a good team player and able to foster a team based approach to research;
• Be able to interact with colleagues in other functions and department to solve technical problems.
