As BD manager, the ultimate mission is to boost the business on analyzers for Schneider Electric Process Automation, the person needs to define the strategy and business plan, on a day to day basis, the person needs to drive our sales team to grow our business within China region. Detailed tasks include:
Market & application study on Analyzer Instrumentation
Develop business plan with clear vision, ambition, growth engine analysis, local business model and pragmatic action plans on the targeted market
Manage the product offer, develop marketing communication tools and campaigns, as product owner, making sure that our offer is well communicated to the market.
Drive the business plan implementation within the organization including communication, implementation, performance monitoring & improvement.
Support Sales in Major Pursuits (Sales strategy, Value proposition, Influence)
As a focal point, making sure we leverage the global resource in PA to serve our local business model.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above
5+ years related working experience, preferred experiences in O&G / Chemical / Metal segment, analyzer instrumentation technical experience is an advantage
Knowledge in Sales Process.
