1\. 精通android app的开发，熟悉kotlin的优先
2\. 3年以上android app开发经验，独立完成或带领团队完成过app开发的优先
3\. 本科以上学历，计算机相关专业
4\. 熟悉jira、git、gerrit等常用开发工具
5\. 具有良好的沟通能力和团队精神
6\. 具有较强的抗压能力
