Position Title : Animation Production Specialist

Department : Merchandising

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Store communication

• BBS management-Check animation & daily feedback by store, send out problems to relevant brands and vendors, following the dealing result

• Weekly bulletin preparation

• Animation module store reservation

• Animation Production

• Update production list &OV list according to MEGAPLAN&PO by each animation

• Renew the store amounts and type based on store opening/relooking/closing plan

• Provide the pre-production list & final production list to vendors for quotation & operation, make sure the list information is complete and accurate.

• Prepare the checking package for retail store, include brand list, display period, turn over date, number of shipping boxes, material diagram

• Release animation launch information and installation arrangement to brands

• Following the animation execution feedback (mix & brand)

• Half module maintenance, inventory control, replenishment management

• Animation book consolidation and production

• Special project support

• New opening & relooking

• Following new opening/relooking store working schedule, confirm the floor plan, construction layout , opening information for further execution

• Consolidate the animation materials according to the layout plan and place order to vendors

• Make design brief to MKT refer to the KV allocation and content

• Release store opening information and animation material content to Brands for preparation, make sure brands finishing installation on schedule time

• Following new opening/relooking installation feedback

• Visual management

• Consolidate all color proof & design file, pass the correct version to vendor for production.

• Provide the color sample of KV to MKT according to the material, size and time requirement.

• Update & renew visual data (normal & NCS)

• Following KV installation report feedback and check the result

• Store Visit

• Following the animation installation of key store

• New opening/relooking store onsite support

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree, At least 2 years working experience and it would be a plus if has working experience in cosmetic；

• Good command of written & spoken English；

• Proficient in using MS office software, excel expert is preferred；

• Hard-working, responsible, pro-active and team spirit
