岗位描述:
1. Perform analysis of payments industry, international payment partners and design suitable product solutions based on different markets;

2. Collaborate with stakeholders and customers to define and prioritize product requirements;

3. Specify product definition, create Product Requirement Document and other documents necessary for implementation of product roadmap;

4. Lead cross-functional teams to define product specifications, establish milestones and manage quality for successful implementation of projects;

5. Observe regional markets and anticipate market changes over near and long time frames

1、负责不同本地国家市场的支付行业需求分析、帮助合作伙伴设计合理的产品解决方案。

2、与不同的部门和客户合作,确定产品需求和优先级。

3、细化产品需求,完成PRD以及必要的产品方案、规划文档。

4、带领跨团队的产品方案制定和需求分析,确定项目计划并推进项目执行落地。

5、熟悉区域市场,制定短期和长期业务以及产品计划。

岗位要求:
1. At least 5 years of product manager experience with strong product analytical background and is able to make timely product requirements;

2. At least 2 years of payment channel integration experience;

3. Solid understanding of the payments industry, which includes credit/debit card networks, issuers, acquirers, alternative payment channels;

4. Ability to work with offshore teams, strong in multi-tasking and perform well under pressure;

5. Willing to travel for work;

6. Experience in UED (User Experience Design) or UI (User Interface) Design is preferred;

7. Ability to read, write and communicate in both English and Mandarin is preferred.

1、5年以上产品经验,具有深厚的产品需求分析能力。

2、2年以上支付或金融相关行业经验。

3、对支付行业有深刻理解,包括信用卡/借记卡组织,发卡行,收单机构等。

4、能够与离岸团队合作,具有很强的多任务处理能力、抗压能力。

5、愿意出差。

6、拥有UED/UI设计背景者,优先考虑。

7、中文和英文听说读写能力全面者,优先考虑。
