1. General job accountability:

• Independently conduct laboratory experiments that include antibody library construction and sequence analysis, in vitro display (mainly on yeast), binding studies (i.e. FACS, ELISA)

• Contribute protein engineering expertise to antigen design as well as to antibody format and sequence optimization engineering

• Document protocols and foster sharing of expertise as a scientific resource for others in the organization

• Strong organizational skills to ensure thorough information tracking in material management systems

2. Qualification and competency requirements：

A. Education/training background:

• 
  Master / PhD in (biochemistry, biology, immunology, or a related field)

• At least 1 year working experience in pharmaceutical or biotech companies is required

• Understanding antibody structure and function is a plus

B. Knowledge/Skills:

• 
  Proficiency with molecular biology (PCR, plasmid construction, DNA sequence analysis)

• Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with at least one of the following:

• 
  Hybridoma, phage, yeast, or other panning technology

• Protein chemistry, purification, binding studies (ELISA, FACS, BLI, BIAcore, etc.) or biochemical/biophysical and biological characterization

• Transient and stable cell-line generation using lentiviral transduction and CRISPR

C. Others:

• Good planning and execution skills to meet deadlines and to handle multi tasks

• Quick learner and good team player

• Strong problem-solving skills
