In your role, you ensure high and lasting guest experience from satisfaction to loyalty and you are supporting the General Manager for the economic success of you aparthotel. Through daily focus, you deliver a high performance to ensure optimal guest experience and maximisation of Revenue and Sales pportunities.

Under the General Manager guidelines, you maximize sales and quality standards of your unit while implementing brand-specific projects. You are an experienced leader with relevant experience, preferably in group-managed hotels and aparthotels with good organisational skills.

You will be deeply and passionately involved for achieving the sales, quality and team’s management objectives, taking corrective actions where necessary.

You must have operational management experience and be able to illustrate previous successes in a comparable environment.

Skills & Requirements

You have at least 5 years of experience as a Front Ofice Manager or Similar.

You must have positive leadership ability, with hands on approach, leading from the front.  You will have good business acumen.

Passionate about the hospitality industry, you will deliver exceptional quality guest experience, develop, and mentor Talents.

For this position, English is mandatory.
