• Provide timely support to mission-critical applications that are used in game production
• Participate actively in the documentation (release notes, user guide, Product) and the formations surrounding the deployment of new features to ensure effective use and support;
• Participate actively in the definition, maintenance and evolution of test environments, continuous integration and deployment to ensure the effectiveness of the development cycle;
• Actively participate in the discovery and spread of good quality assurance practices to constantly put forward our commitment to deliver services that meet the expected level of quality for our customers;
• Support the operations team in coordinating deployments and in the investigation of complex problems;
• Develop reports and tools that are used to optimize operation process and empower operation team to elevate support level
• Perform any other related duties.

• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• Minimal 2 years’ experience with Windows administration
• Experienced with PowerShell
• Experienced with IIS administration
• Linux administration experience (and/or Python scripting) is a big plus
• Committed to quality and relevance of our services;
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written, fluency with English is a must;
• Well organized, good self-management with time and priorities
• Ability to understand and solve technical problems;
• Pragmatic in developing solutions;
• Good knowledge of IT systems (storage, network, archiving);
