• Various requirements from different customers
• Solid knowledge of the products/chemistry
  

• To provide support (before and after sales) to sales, TSE and TSM in China by product evaluation & application.
• Implement various tests in application lab on request.
• Keep well informed about powder coating technical development, new application and new products.
• Daily contact with other labs, TAM for technical issues.
• Investigate, document and resolve complaints and TAM’s technical request in a timely fashion.
• Accomplish maintenance of lab and relevant equipment.
• Report fully, regularly and in the proper format according to the DSM China procedures and DSM Taipei standards.
• Carry out any other instructions from senior management relating to DCR business.
• Understand and obey all the policies and rules about SHE& Security management in site strictly.
• Understand and be familiar with all related information and knowledge about SHE & Security management.
• Take part in training about SHE & Security management in site actively, in order to improve one’s awareness about SHE & Security management.
• Give improved advice to our superior about SHE & Security management actively.
• If find out any significant risk about SHE & Security management at work, should tell it to our superior immediately.
  

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, major in chemistry/polymer technology
• Experience in lab
• Good lab SHE awareness
• Team cooperation ability
