Our team at DELMIA Quintiq, part of Dassault Systemes, is growing and we are looking for dynamic consultants to join us in China. As a Application Consultant, you need to support the customer in optimizing the 3DS/Quintiq Solution value by demonstrating the product functionalities and contributing, through product expertise, to the solution implementation & deployment success.

What will your role be?
What will your role be?
As an application consultant , you will:
- Collaborate with business analysts and advanced planning & scheduling consultants to develop a best-fit software solution to meet the customer's requirements.
- Contribute to the development of Quintiq's industry solutions, which include the employee planning & scheduling solution and the supply chain planning solution.
- Play a significant role in the iterative development process, to test and refine the software in response to feedback from the customer and the project team.
- Manage initial positioning, creation of technical application usages and ensure accuracy of collateral provided to the Customer Conduct or contribute to a proof of concept (if applicable).
- Ensure liaison between client and R&D to ensure timely resolution of issues raised by client.
- Realize project gains through the use of Lean Engineering principle, automation and simulation.
- Activate brand offering by creating simulation inputs off-site.
- Capitalize on project deliverables to ensure reusability.
The challenges ahead
You must be able to come up with good solutions to complex planning puzzles, and have the ability to analyze and model real-world business processes.
- Support the customer in optimizing the 3DS Solution value by demonstrating the product functionalities and contributing, through product expertise, to the solution implementation & deployment success.
- Interpret the customer requirements and demonstrate the product value to define the appropriate methodology documentation.
- You will be involved at every stage of a project, from providing technical expertise and knowledge about the Quintiq technology during the presales cycle, through delivery of the solution and to supporting some post go-live issues.
- Your key success factors?
- Bachelor degree in computer science, software engineering, mathematics, econometrics, or artificial intelligence.
- At least 3 years of development experience.
- Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills and a good command of Mandarin and English
- Experience in developing business software solutions is a plus.
- Experience with object-oriented modeling (UML), 3GLs (Java, C++, Delphi, Smalltalk, Eiffel) or 4GLs (G2, Aion, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience of iterative software development is a plus.
- Hands on development and coding experience in Object Oriented (OO) programming.
- Knowledge of some enterprise integration technologies such as JMS/MQ, SOAP, REST, SAP PI, ODBC, and standard data formats including XML, JSON
- Communicate well with different stakeholders, from developers to business consultants, and managers to customers
- Demonstrated success in technical solution consulting
- Experience in Technical Architecture definition
