1. Support business for new application/new market scoping and path finding

2. Work with Business Development team to understand end customer needs and requirements to identify the right CTQs

3. Provide the proper product solution to converters by understanding the product portfolio offering

4. Support quality/TS team to understand the customer issue from project design stage and shorten trouble shoot cycle by

application knowledge

5. Closely work with commercial team and technology team to speed up the new project development and commercialization

1. Master with 8+ years’ experience or Bachelor with 10+years’ experience

2. Functional adhesive/tape background, PSA experience preferred

3. Familiar with electronics or automotive industry, understand PSA application will be a plus

4. Familiar with PSA/adhesive test methodology and test equipment, understand printing/die cutting process will be a plus

5. Good cross functional/regional communication skill and customer facing skill

6. Good written and spoken English
