Focus on customer in projects development phase. Provide technical support on heaters to customer and help customer to solve technical issues. Also involve R&D to improve current design and support other departments (quality, manufacturing, sales and purchase, etc) from engineering side.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Project development. Work with sales to attack new opportunity on heater business (air heater and liquid heater). Lead R&D projects and design improvement, release the new drawing or new design in system. Support other departments from engineering side
• Focus on customer. Communication with customer for daily support and help customer to solve issues. Provide suitable technical solution to meet customer tech requirement. Satisfy customer requirement in tech support, prototype, calibration, test, validation etc.
• Communication with oversea tech centers to get tech support or involve global projects.
• Strictly abide the EHS rules and regulations and behavior guide line in the plant. Master chemical management knowledge, and follow the EHS requirements of chemical management.
