Day to Day Responsibilities:
Handle customer technical issues and build up working relationship at all levels
Negotiate and close technical specifications with customers
New product / innovation technology promotion
Coordinates with sales and QA team to ensure seamless support and service to the customer
Deliver solutions to resolve technical issues and escalate to appropriate level if necessary
Develops knowledge of material, process and/or equipment in focused areas of manufacturing or engineering
Problem solving and process improvement using structured problem solving methods
Provides disciplined project leadership across multiple stages of innovation for new product, process, cost reduction andcapacity improvement initiatives
Manage project resources to achieve project deliverables and timeline
Education & Experience:
Bachelor or master degree with Engineering, physics, chemistry, master is better.
5 years working experience in Mobile Phone business, glass finishing industry, cover glass cutting/polishing/coating, LCD, Touch Panel, semiconductor business
3 years global company
CET - 6
Required Skills:
Dare to face challenge
Good communication and negotiation skill in both Chinese and English
Self-motivated, particularly under pressure
Problem solving skill and analytical skills
