Duties and responsibilities

1. Conduct product selection and assist quotation preparation.

2. Take ownership of technical function and technical contract, primary draft preparation.

3. Reply the technical enquiry from internal staff and customers/dealers.

4. Support new product installation on customer site & product trouble shooting.

5. Train the service people of the customer and end-user

6. Deal with customer complaints on products selection, installation and performance and coordinate with company internal departments to provide solutions.

7. Tracking the cases from field until the problem solved, summarize and feedback the failures, prepare service report.

8. Collect competitor and market information.

9. Conduct internal and external product/application training.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering

2. At least 3 years working experience in multinational companies.

3. Familiar with power transmission products such as coupling, bearing, gearbox, clutch, chain etc., experience with coupling products highly preferred

4. Good planning, communication, coordination and problem solving skills

5. Good business acumen and customer oriented working altitude

6. Capable of communicate in English on both of speaking and writing
