- Support Qualcomm 5G NR chipset customer for design-win projects - Focus on 5G new radio related support, resolving UE functionality and performance issues in those fields, as well as resolving crash and reset caused by or happened in modem functionality. - Help chipset OEMs to understand QCT modem software/solution, give customers training on QCT products. - Play consultant/expert role, trouble shooting, identify problem reported by customers during lab or field test. - Contribute to 5GNR system documentation, user guides and application notes. - Build strong relationship with customers and deep involvement in the technical execution of customer project.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
2+ years Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience.
2+ years experience with debugging techniques.
2+ years experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.

- Good understanding on wireless communication, familiar with 3gpp access layer standard. - Solid knowledge of WCDMA or LTE access layer procedure, understanding of 5G NR is big plus. - Strong experience in C/C++ programming. - Embedded software debugging skills especially crash debug skill on real time operating systems. - ARM microprocessor fundamentals and hands on debugging using Lauterbach Trace 32 ICD/ICE will be a plus - Good English communication and interpersonal skills. - high motivation, strong self-learning ability. - Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse team from various disciplines and at various locations. - Background of working on QCOM chipset is a big plus. - 2 years experience in wireless communication/embedded system development.

Bachelor's or Master's, major in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or relevant majors.
