Application_Engineering_Manager_(Precision Grinding)

Job Purpose:

带领精磨团队为相关市场的开发和维护提供技术支持,为内部和外部客户提供应用技术解决方案。

Lead the team to provide technical support for the precision grinding market and provide application solution to the customers either internal or external.

Key Responsibilities:

1 Develop and manage precision grinding application engineering team to provide professional and customer-oriented application solutions for precision grinding industries through recruiting, training and managing the team to ensure fast growth and competency improvement of the whole members

2 Take full responsibility for providing technical and engineering support to the sales force and end customers in specification selection and test follow up by working with the team and contribute to achieve sales target for key accounts

3 Work with sales and product team to set, follow up TAP and promote PSP to achieve TAP targets & improve selling efficiency for precision grinding customers

4 Work with colleagues to create and organize specific trainee-oriented materials; organize effective training & forum activities for SGA sales, distributors, and customers;

5 Be responsible for sample and complaint management under the entire sample budget

6 Managing and coaching the team members by making the most use of the technical cases. Technical documents pool set-up, and provide technical articles to the marketing communication for internal and external promotion

7 CRM system for relative reporting and business analysis

8 Other tasks assigned by line manager.

• Typical Education Level

教育背景： 机械或材料专业，本科及以上毕业

• Relevant experience, knowledge and skills 相关经验技能：

？ 有相关岗位经验8年以上，齿轮、汽车、轴承行业优先

？ 良好的沟通能力

？ 英文可以作为工作语言

？ 良好的办公软件技能

？ 有产品、市场相关经验者优先

？ 熟悉磨削、磨床者优先
