Job Description
Siemens GBS (Global Business Services) is looking for a Service Manager for Microsoft PowerBI application. You manage the operation and development of the HR Datalake (HR D2GO), which is the platform for self-service reporting and analytics of People & Organization (HR) that uses PowerBI, Snowflake and AzureML. Using your expertise, you will be responsible for: - Manage the service incl. operations, change requests, incident management, financials, cybersecurity and data protection - Creation and maintenance of new/existing reports, dashboard, dataflows and datasets in PowerBI - Administrate and monitor permissions - Handle service requests and other demands from the customer and realize it in Microsoft PowerBI - Respond to incidents and drive the required actions - Monitor data flows and ensure data consistency/quality - Provide consultancy for new projects and support the customer in finding the best solution/architecture for reporting, visualization and data models - Maintain Office 365/Sharepoint/OneDrive environment and update documentation - Coordinate the changes for Snowflake and AzureML with the IT partner What you need to make real what matters. - University Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Mathematic or similar quantitative field or equivalent practical experience. - Very good understanding for data and data analyses including business related topics/dependencies - Strong experiences in Microsoft Power BI - Good experiences in Microsoft 365 - Service management experience preferred - Experiences in data modelling, handling big data, Snowflake, SQL are preferred - Knowledge in P&O (HR) processes are preferred - Strong customer centric mindset - Business fluent English language skills (written and spoken), German preferred What is our standard? - 5 weeks of vacation (up to 8 extra days can be purchased from the benefits budget) - Flexible working hours with a fixed core from 10:00-14:00 - home office with 100 CZK net/day allowance - annual bonus with the possibility of transfer to cafeteria - e-vouchers worth 90 CZK/day - MultiSport card at a discounted price - annual cafeteria budget of at least CZK 24,000 with any use on the benefit-plus website (e.g. holidays, language course, cultural and sporting events, etc.) - contribution to life insurance or pension insurance paid from benefits - company kindergartens in Prague and Ostrava - the opportunity to become a Siemens shareholder and receive free shares Organization: Global Business Services Company: Siemens, s.r.o.
