Job Description
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
The candidate for this role will work closely with our platform, product development and commercial team and proactively lead the full life cycle, from concept through obsolescence for fast-growing products line - RFID. Specifically, the selected candidate for this role will:
Handles all technical aspects related to the sales, customer use of RFID products
Work closely with customers, business development, market development and operations to ensure selected products meets requirements, and products used correctly;
Customers application issues escalation handling including on-site production, application, quality support
Support IL China team product/application qualification, technical consulting support
Key Internal Interactions:
Support commercial sales and solution team on general product specifications in the pre-sales and post-sales phase;
Acts as interface between Sales and Product Managers in terms of analyzing and proposing technical solutions for product issues;
Troubleshooting and documenting the findings from the customer's support case and communicating to Sales Manager, Product, Quality and Operation teams;
Undertake issue cases handling together with Product Managers, Quality and Operations functions;
Key External Interactions:
Visits clients to present company's products/services, provide trainings, consultancy or resolve onsite issues;
Provides product information and trains Customers and Partners in the pre- and post-sales phase;
Establish and maintain technical relationships and support to label converters, system integrators, consultant companies and end users to enhance products market development
Act as focal contact for product related customer issue cases handling.
Qualifications
At least ten years of work experience demonstrating skill set requirements for this role; BS or above in business with supporting technical background or engineering experience;
Technical knowledge of RFID products and solution;
Excellent organizational and people skills, with an ability to openly convey information to team members and customers in a timely manner;
Good written and spoken English
Assertive, persistent and flexible to work in a matrix, fast paced organization;
Self-disciplined and sense of time pressure and motivation to complete tasks;
Willing to try new things and explore new domains;
Travel requirement up to 30%.
