Proactively Monitor and Administer Application layer of the Production Environment including database performance. Accountable to ensure system stability and availability. Coordinate Application Operation & Monitoring internal team and vendors. Liaise and engage with group and local IT stakeholders.

• Owner of the application and database monitoring tools, process and output. Accountable to build active monitoring to all application in Production Environment, able to provide clear visibility of Application Performance, able to early detect any potential issue and send the alert to respective team and stakeholders. Able to provide factual tracing of the issue to the component level
• Owner of the Application and Database Administration process and procedure. Ensure periodic (daily, weekly, monthly, etc) administration tasks are conducted with hard evidence. Accountable to do log monitoring, log clean up, re-configuration, fine tuning, patching, upgrade of the Application and Database running in all environment, with objective to keep the system healthy, secure and updated Be
• accountable for the quality of Service and performance; ensuring future demand from growth and projects is understood and factored into capacity plans for all associated systems
• Drive internal and third-party service review meetings covering performance, service improvements, quality and processes
• Make recommendations for Service Improvement Plans and ensure actions are followed through to completion in a timely manner
• Work with internal and third-party teams to ensure actions are taken and completed to protect and improve services
• Provide regular and accurate management reporting related to application monitoring
• Effectively deliver/manage Staff Management including recruitment, mentoring, training, target setting and performance assessment
