In general we expect you to have: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent change Strong communication skills and customer orientation Analytical skills Language skills: English B2-C1, German is advantage Knowledge of Avature tool is advantage Application owner support will comprise: Collaborate and consult with process owner / business on functional requirements Support process owner in ensuring and monitoring service operations Contact person for development team for - clarification with regards to requirements Set up and maintain all mandatory documentation Ensure and prepare updates of all regulatory requirements Defines (global) mandatory service levels and corresponding KPIs Ensures effective knowledge and best practice sharing across the service delivery organization Drives development, implementation and improvement of global IT solutions Technical support of hiring tool Be of assistance to support agents.
