• IoT sourcing & RD project management, inclusing project planning & excecution.
• IoT 2 real case project PoC excecution, inlcuding internal & external coordination.
• Managing the IoT sourcing & RD project, inclusing project planning & excecution.
• Managing the real case project PoC excecution, inlcuding internal & external coordination.
• Managing the following IoT projects, supporting the PB and SI with IoT solutions (Including PaaS platform, SaaS and related intelligent components)
• Works together with IoT venders to transfer and implement IoT offerings, inclusing PaaS platform and SaaS softwares.
• Manages and develops his/ her team and grow IoT related projects significantly.
• Works with the Product Line Manager and customers to identify customer requirements and translates the Voice-of-Customer to Critical-to-Quality project requirements for IoT domain.
• Makes benchmark analysis of competitive offers to ensure Eaton IoT offers are competitive and differentiated.
• Leverages outside resources to accelerate Time-to-Market and increase efficiency in IoT platform & related devices development.
• Being trained by IoT vender and grap the project execution & customer knowhow collection knowledge.
• Training FAE engineering and PB partners with the IoT solution knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• >8 years experience in project managing or R&D
• >3 years experience in managing an engineering team.
• Rich knowledge with the power management & electrification domain
• Relevant experience in power automation & control, incl IoT, is a pre.
• Knowledge with the main MNC & Local IoT player platform functions and business models, including solutions, cost & market price, is a prefer
• Experience developing Software applications or automation
• Strong planning & communication ability
• Good command of oral & written English
