- Provides and ensures customer satisfaction, as customer primary contact, for complex application and related troubleshooting, diagnosis and general support on specialized systems
- Conducts on-site installation training, refresher training and occasionally conducts web-based training

- Location Italy North-Est with availability to travel throughout the national territory

Responsabilities
- Responsible for the installation and new equipment interfacing
- Responsible for application customization, customer training, occasionally running demos and support on an existing installed base.
- Responsible for solving products and methods issues and the related complaints handling
- Guarantees customer satisfaction in line with the standards required by Thermo Fisher Diagnostics
- Co-operates with colleagues of Service, Sales and Tenders in compliance with the implementation times of the various projects assigned.
- Co-operates with the marketing team to implement projects for new methods
- Interacts with national and international support centers for reporting and solving technical and application issues.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Biomedical Engineering;
- Previous experience of 2/5 years;
- Fluent knowledge of the English language at the written and spoken level;
- Knowledge of IT tools (Office, Outlook etc ..) and network
- Propensity to work in a team and excellent interpersonal skills;
- Driving license.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks with different priorities
Base competence
- Education
- Science degree in science subject or related field
- Work Experience
- Laboratory experience
- Previous Service experience
- Work related competence
- Must have good presentation skills at customer training and at seminars and user group meetings
- Strong team-player
