Responsibilities:

• Plan and design functional technology solutions to meet project defined business and security requirements
• Ensure the implementation of defined architecture and infrastructure standards and strategic directions
• Oversee development and implementation of system designs
• Provide technical leadership and support to application development teams
• Understand functional, migration, security and quality requirements, business process design, workflow design and user interface design
• Manage and support the project design repository and system environments
• Comply with the technical architecture and technical standards
• Fill up Application Classification and Risk Assessment Form for applications
• Design and integrate system components: screens, reports, interfaces, automated processes

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems
• 4-5 years with at least 2 year in banking applications;
• Host modernization experience is an added advantage;
• Knowledge in CICS, VSAM, COBOL, JCL, and related host mainframe technology, OR
• Knowledge in open platform, such as Java, SQL, Oracle, and related Open System technology;
• Business knowledge on Corporate Banking, such as  Remittance, SWIFT Alliance Access, Treasury, Internet Banking, and so on is preferred;
