• DCR is the market leader in waterborne resin technology, we are constantly developing leading edge new products to meet fast growing and demanding packaging industry using innovative and state of the art, sustainable resin technology
• To penetrate into Paper Barrier Coatings market, with sustainable waterborne resins to replace PE laminate paper which create environmental issue with this single use, non-recyclable product
• Work closely and effectively with R&D and commercial team to understand customer needs and application test of the end customers.
• To optimize coating formulation and application window to meet customer requirements.
• Mentors and opinion leaders in the China product academic field and, bring new concepts for product development in coating resin area, especially concepts for China market.
  

• To work as technical application specialist, to develop starting formulation for paper barrier packaging application
• To do onsite test together with customer on paper coatings line.
• To understand application window and optimize formulation to meet special requirement for the paper coatings line.
• Lab management, maintain high 5S and safety standard in lab.
• SHE & Security responsibility
  • Understand and obey all the policies and rules about SHE& Security management in site strictly.
  • Understand and be familiar with all related information and knowledge about SHE & Security management.
  • Take part in training about SHE & Security management in site actively, in order to improve one’s awareness about SHE & Security management.
  • Give improved advice to our superior about SHE & Security management actively.
  • If find out any significant risk about SHE & Security management at work, should tell it to our superior immediately.
    

• Master’s Degree or above, major in polymer chemistry or relevant majors.
• Strong background of paper barrier Coatings application.
• Preferably from paper coatings industry.
• Certain understanding of English and computer.
• With strong team player spirit.
