Job Description

Ford Connected Operation L1+ Application Support and Maintenance.
The Connected Operations team is responsible to run and protect the rapidly growing Connected Vehicle ecosystem. This ecosystem includes Azure and Pivotal Cloud Foundry based cloud offerings, consisting primarily of PaaS services. These services, along with other on-premise applications, drive the Ford Connected Consumer experience.

Responsibilities may include:
Day to day operational support of:
o
End consumers
o
Testing and Engineering
o
Manufacturing
ITIL Processes (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, etc.)
Mobile App testing
Tooling/Monitoring
Early engagement on upcoming features
The range of solutions supported is diverse and growing, with a global consumer facing reach. Candidates will be working very closely with our partners in Application Development (AD), Product Development (PD) and Marketing Sales & Service (MS&S)

Must Have Skills:
Passion for Connected Vehicle, new technologies, consumer experience, and mobile applications.
Ability to support alternative schedule/shift work on a rotating basis
Knowledge of MS SQL
Fluent spoken English
Work under pressure

Nice to Have Skills:
Exposure to cloud computing, telecommunications, and/or existing in-vehicle systems
Business/Systems analysis
Level 1/Level 2 application support
Knowledge management/knowledge documentation
Experience in MS PowerShell script
Application development
Understanding of web services and mobile applications
