HealthReach Community Health Centers seeks a full-time, experienced Application Support Educator. The successful candidate will provide “Best Practice” training and workflow processes to clinical and administrative staff for our electronic medical record (EMR) software and other software packages. This includes preparation of training materials, scheduling and conducting one on one classroom training and other related training activities. Travel to our health centers throughout central and western Maine is required. This position also assists in technical support activities for our EMR and other various applications which may include troubleshooting PC’s, printers, and application problems. Experience developing reports using report development tools is plus. The successful candidate will have strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
