The Role We are seeking Application Support Engineers to support various mission critical applications. Key Responsibilities: Ensure seamless and continual support for the 24x7 applications. Respond to, diagnose, triage and resolve service disruptions Drive root cause analysis for complex production issues Develop functional and technical subject-matter expertise for key applications and business processes Partner with application development and infrastructure teams to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities. Create and maintain support documentation and procedures Pro-actively prepare for application releases, planned weekend maintenance and DR exercises Qualifications This is talent pipeline requisition.
