Your role

Maintain expert level of product knowledge and industry applications – e.g. Semiconductor, Display

Ensure required application support to customers

Listen, understand and convey customer requirements to internal stakeholders and consult eventually technical concepts to satisfy customer needs

Usage of relationships with customer to identify new business opportunities

Assist in the design and development of new products and tools necessary to progress business objectives, create solution for customer requests

Establish transparency according customer's technical roadmap and ensure in cooperation with product centers that TRUMPF Huettinger will hit windows of opportunity with new technical concepts

Document solution based on structured application report

Provide status reporting of ongoing projects and future projects.

Perform technical/ product training for sales people, estimators, and engineers at client accounts

Travel to project sites to perform start-up, integration, and training services

Co-operate with other TRUMPF Huettinger departments and subsidiaries (Germany, Poland, US, Japan, Korea,..)

Your profile

Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Material Sciences

Power electronics knowledge

Desirable knowhow like in semiconductor wafer fab equipment, vacuum coating and plasma processes, power supplies (RF, AC, and DC)

Communication, Interpersonal and organizational skills

Chinese is native language, fluent in English, German is a plus
