Responsibilities would be, but not be limited to, the following:

·       Works closely with appropriate areas of the business to understand & document requirements.

·       Carries out application development and maintenance assigned by the Department, and responsible for managing assigned projects, involving work in all stages, e.g. planning, developing, testing and delivering of the products.

·       Solve complex data-related problems in Bank’s application system.

·       Maintain good working relationships with other business departments/Sub branches, coordinates with other departments/Sub branches to achieve the goal set by the Bank.

·       Contributes to the planning of application/infrastructure releases and configuration changes.

·       Provides input to the implementation, backup and roll-back plans for Local application system.

·       Works closely with the Manager of the Department to fulfill the departmental role within the framework of the Bank, hence making contribution to the development to a fully functional, well managed and a highly efficient organization.

·       Participates in daily IT Support work Backup.

Profile (Technical Skills):

·       Understanding of the situation and development trend of information technology.Very good knowledge of the banking/financial industry regulatory framework both at the local and international levels.

·       Understanding of the application status and development direction of IT in the financial industry.

·       Work collaboratively, emphasizing teamwork, diversity, learning and knowledge sharing.

·       Good knowledge of Database and OA tools, some development tools as well.

Profile (other Skills):

Education:

• Master Degree in Computer Science.

Experience :

• 1-3years of professional experience in administration of IT systems and development skills.

Language skills:

·       Proficiency in the use of English & Chinese language
