职位描述

Description


The main tasks are to providing routine operational and administrative support to the application team, focus on making sure customers’ needs are met, assist to manage application team to achieve target. Driving customer orientation and providing valuable service and satisfy external and internal customers. Data collection, collation, processing, updating, recording and compilation of relevant reports.

Education

Bachelor degree

Experience

Minimum 1 to 2 years’ working experience in customer service


Proficient written and verbal communication skills both in English and Chinese.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to manage multiple priorities.
Communicate effectively with a variety of people.
Familiar with dealing with customer relationship.
