Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and how they translate in application features
• Collaborate with a team of IT professionals to set specifications for new applications
• Design creative prototypes according to specification
• Perform unit and integration testing before launch
• Conduct functional and non-functional testing
• Troubleshoot and debug applications

Technical Skills and knowledge

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in application development.  Less experience will also be considered.
• Hands on experience in Java and/or .Net, PHP, RDBMS (e.g. MSSQL, MySQL)
• Experience in implementing payment gateway integration using Web Service, API
• Relevant experience in MT4 or other large scale, real-time financial trading systems is an added advantage
