- Active engagement with Worldwide customers and field teams to fulfill the application support, understand the customer real requests & provide competition solution
- Proactive drive global customer/field team technical questions, system/application problem resolve and create system level technical solutions to address Tech pain points and drive DWIN.
- Engage in new products development in each phase, including Kick-off, Product Plan Review, Validation and Release to Market
- Tech support focusing on global Car infotainment, external amplifier & telematics opportunities and achieve product’s early success and long-term growth
- Lead or work with the team members to build up whole product ecosystem, such as Collaterals (apps note, user guide) and TI Design, to make products easy to select, sell and use
- Join efforts in product family roadmap and be the ownership of creative backlog for the product families
- Internal application support including new product development application case verify, issues debug and EVM/Demo & reference design build

Responsibilities:
- Have strong responsible attitude to own and drive customer issues resolve
- Solid analog and basic mixed signal chain knowledge
- Master schematic/layout tools like Altium Designer etc.
- Solid lab instrument handling capability: oscilloscope, AP, signal generator and data analysis handling capability
- Experience with ADC/DAC/PLL/DC-DC converter application are a plus
- EMC (CE and RE) handling knowledge & key board parameter distraction, simulation capability is a plus

- Bachelor of Science or greater in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
- Good oral and written communication skills in English.
