As part of our continued growth, we seek an Applications Engineer to develop opportunities identified by Distributors/Sales/FAE to achieve design-in/wins. Design, test, and document solutions with CMBU products.

Working in Applications Engineering (CMBU) team based in Shenzhen, you will:

• Follow up on opportunities identified by Distributors/Sales/FAE.
• Work with customers as well as FAEs to propose solutions and specifications.
• Design, review and test solutions.
• Document design and results, including creating customer documents such as datasheets.
• Support the development of improvements to support flow/ecosystem.
• Verify/evaluate CMBU products and supporting hardware/software. Document/report issues.
• Interface with other Applications Engineering groups, Design Engineering, Test Engineering, Product Engineering, Product Marketing, Quality Engineering, Hardware Engineering, and Software Engineering to overcome product issues.

• System or mixed-signal device evaluation / validation skills.
• Digital, analog, and mixed-signal circuit design skills
• PCB design skills
• Sufficient Software skills to enable automation or script development
• Results-oriented with ability to deliver on-time under tight schedule pressure.
• Ability to work both independently and part of a team.
• Flexibility to undertake occasional international travel at short notice.
• Fluent written and verbal English and Madarin
• University degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or similar
