As a recognised professional, you will be required to provide applications support and train external and internal customers on the use of Siemens Healthineers products. Integral to this role is maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by providing support and expertise to assist in the installation, training processes and ongoing applications support. In addition, this role functions as sales support by identifying and developing sales opportunities, which may include assisting with product demonstrations. Your tasks and responsibilities: Prepare, set up and deliver education courses as per customer and business requirements Facilitate the customer's new equipment implementation through handover training Provide ongoing support to the customer install base Constant re-evaluation and expansion of the training portfolio to address new technology trends Assist in developing and facilitating workshops to increase customer awareness of our instrument offerings and their benefits Conduct customer presentations, workshops and training for improved product and application knowledge for existing and potential customers Liaise with the Customer Care Centre and wider technical teams as required to distinguish between technical and application-related problems Input into application documentation and argumentation for the sales team in order to support the marketing and sales process Support the collection and provision of images to the marketing team Analysis of customer training needs to provide input and support for the marketing team, and management in establishing offerings Provision of sales support through visiting customers and partners with the sales team as required Attendance at conferences and seminars supported by Siemens Healthineers Your qualifications and experience: Ideally, you will demonstrate intimate knowledge of MRI in a clinical environment and possess tertiary qualifications in radiography. Siemens MR product experience is highly desirable. In addition, you will have a strong customer focus and enjoy dealing with a wide variety of people. The successful candidate will have the knowledge to determine the scope of applications training, have technological expertise in disseminating applications/clinical information, and have the professional competency to arrange customer training programs in line with contractual commitments. Your attributes and skills: Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills. Current driver's licence. Current passport. Willingness to travel throughout Australia and New Zealand, and at times other international destinations, to attend training, seminars and conferences. This position will involve travel, and you must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or have Australian permanent residency.
