1) Check and verifying Architect’s and Project Consultant’s Autocad design of houses and building;
2) Recommending and Sourcing suitable building construction materials;
3) Conducting site inspection to ensure construction works are being carried out complying to good building and engineering practices.
4) Conducting site inspection to ensure that only approved building materials are used in compliance with building design and specifications.
5) To provide technical advice to Management regarding building construction discipline.
