This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Student Intern, you will be responsible for:

• Learning how to gather service relevant information from multiple databases, how the date is evaluated and presented to the business line and Customer Service Management for decisions on how to improve products and processes to positively impact the service cost.
• Assisting in service data collection, trends identification and preparation of reports to be used in Product Health Team and other Business meetings where actions are taken to improve products and processes.
• Participating in meetings with product and process experts and learn how data influences decisions for product improvement.

This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers

• You have a good PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
• You will be working with our latest technology and therefore you are willing to learn about new software and hardware solutions
• Since you interact primarily with US colleagues, excellent English skills (spoken and written) are necessary; German language skills is of advantage
• You have very good presentation skills in the customer environment, and you show team orientation, communication skills and customer orientation

Required skills to have for the success of this role

• Senior year or completion of Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• Completion of previous internship programs (preferred)
• Knowledge of Medical Technology industry
