This is a role well suited to an ambitious student, looking for gaining work experience, helping to actively drive commercial excellence in a global organization.
As Intern Global Commercial Excellence, you will be responsible for:
- You will accompany and support the Global Sales Education team in managing and rolling out a training program dedicated for Key Account Managers of the organization
- You will help shape and roll-out a new learning experience (LXP) for Sales professional across the organization
- You will take part in creating and testing use cases for a Digital Sales Companion solution and once defined support with the actual technical development of such
- In all your activities, you will work across departments, teams, and countries to make sure a “big picture” view is kept and needs from various stakeholders are heard and taken into consideration

- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business & Engineering, Communications, Adult Learning (or similar) and this internship is required for a successful completion of your studies
- You have gained first work experience through other jobs, preferably in the healthcare industry and/or Sales and/or Marketing department
- You will be working in a very dynamic work environment and know how to flexibly adapt to changes
- You will be part of an international team, therefore, excellent English skills (spoken and written) are necessary; German language skills and knowledge of other languages is of advantage
- You know how to structure and prioritize your tasks and work independently
- You have very good communication skills and show international team orientation
- You are tech savvy and do not fear to try new IT tools and/or applications
- You have solid computer skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)

- Minimum of 2 years of Bachelor’s studies completed
- Flexible to relocate as this position is located in Tarrytown, NY, USA
