Vous rejoindrez notre site de production de Maurepas, au sein duquel nous fabriquons divers systèmes destinés à l’Aéronautique. Sous la responsabilité du Responsable Achat, vous aurez pour mission de garantir la disponibilité des pièces et composants approvisionnés auprès des fournisseurs dans les délais et quantités conformes aux besoins de nos clients. Nous recherchons un individu au bénéfice d’une solide expérience d’approvisionneur en milieu industriel. VOS PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS : - Lancer les plans d’approvisionnements glissant chez les fournisseurs de composants en fonction des besoins clients et les délais fixés par le planning de production dans l’ERP ; lancer les commandes de sous-traitance dans les conditions déterminées par les achats - Assurer le suivi des lignes d’approvisionnements chez les fournisseurs en négociant les ajustements de quantité et de délai de mise à disposition ; informer les services concernés si écart (planning, achats, production) - Organiser et jalonner les flux de fabrication de commandes sous-traitées avec les fournisseurs indiqués ; donner les instructions et ordres nécessaires aux fournisseurs pour les délais et quantités - S’informer de la réception des commandes de sous-traitance et engager les actions correctives nécessaires à l’obtention des quantités et au respect des délais : suivi et actions sur les réceptions non conformes, communication des priorités réception au magasin Qualifications BTS logistique souhaité (profil technique accepté) avec expérience de 4 ans en milieu industriel - Connaissance et pratique d’un ERP - Anglais impératif - Travail en équipe, rigueur, bonne communication interne et externe What you will get from us Eaton’s mission is to improve the quality of life and the environment through the use of power management technologies and services.
