This international law firm is seeking a senior arbitration lawyer to join its Beijing, Shanghai or Hong Kong office. You will spearhead a PRC-facing disputes practice which will focus on arbitration, as well as commercial litigation and regulatory matters. To be considered, you must have significant experience in international arbitration and a recent history of dealing with PRC clients in this field, so a strong knowledge of Chinese culture and the commercial market is essential as is fluency in written and oral English and Mandarin.
