About the role

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

• 15+ experience of technology consulting and delivery in Digital platforms e.g. Adobe, Tealium, Salesforce
• 5+ experience of technology consulting and delivery in Custom development on open-source modern architecture (e.g. React, Redhat etc), cloud platforms (e.g AWS, GCP)
• Relevant Cloud/ industry certifications and credentials
• Experience in running engineering projects for at least 5M$+ and organising teams for Agile delivery
• Experience of line managing (up to 15 FTE) and developing people in engineering track
• Demonstrable commercial acumen, with excellent Vendor management skills for multi million-dollar contracts
• Mastery of managing complex deliveries coordinating with more than one supplier with multiple dependencies and work plans at scale.
• Great communication and senior stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience of working within the Lifesciences in marketing domain is highly preferred
• Experience of working in digital agency or a start up
• Experience of setting up engineering practice
• Knowledge of Devops and Application maintenance
