Job Description

• Performing basic architectural/engineering calculations.

• Preparing specifications, reports and related data tables.

• Maintaining liaison with design and drafting groups.

• Preparing, reviewing, and approving drawings as required.

• Under the direction of the Supervising Architect, may perform technical assignments of moderate complexity within approved schedules and budgets.

• May coordinate technical and administrative activities with employees in other disciplines and other departments participating on an assigned project.

• May assist in the training and evaluation of assigned architectural and design/drafting personnel.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture or related majors.

• At least 3 years’ working experience in conceptual design, schematic design, design development and construction design for the projects like mix-used, residential, commercial offices, retail, hospitality and public buildings, proven experience in medium to large scale projects is highly preferred.

• Proficient in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Grasshopper, Sketchup, PKPM, Photoshop, InDesign, etc. and management software such as Microsoft Office and Project, Bluebeam, Acrobat, etc.

• Good communication skills and team spirit with internal teams and external clients.

• Well organized and highly responsive.

• Proficient in writing and speaking both Chinese and English.

• Portfolio attached is a must.
