1. Bachelor degree or above, major in architectural design and urban planning
2. Have a good command of professional knowledge in the field of architectural design, love architectural planning and design work, and be familiar with relevant industrial codes and technical standards of architectural planning and design
3. Proficient in AUTODESK, Sketchup, PHOTOSHOP and other office software
