Entry Requirements:

1. Degree in Architecture, Building Surveying, Project Management or related disciplines,
2. Preference for Members of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA) and Registered Architects of the Architects Registration Board (ARB) of Hong Kong, Registered Surveyor of the Surveyors Registration Board (SRB) or equivalent,
3. Minimum 7 years’ post-qualification experience in project management in building, addition & alteration works, and design
4. Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and other project management software.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop innovative and user-friendly design solutions for different social service projects;
2. Conduct feasibility study, conceptual design and design presentation to users;
3. Project planning, scheduling, tendering and contract administration;
4. Carry out site inspections and monitor site works progress to ensure timely delivery and compliance with relevant Statutory Requirements/ design standards.
